To begin reserving a stay, start by choosing your check-in date. Unavailable dates will appear grayed out and be unselectable. Then choose a checkout date. Dates that have been successfully chosen for reservation will become highlighted. To change selected dates please unselect a previously chosen date and the highlight will go away.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while also protecting our small vacation rental business.

31+ Days Before Check-In

Guests who cancel 31 days or more before their scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

7–30 Days Before Check-In

Guests who cancel 7 to 30 days before their scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Within 7 Days of Check-In

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be provided for cancellations, changes, or failure to arrive during this period.

Early Departure

There are no refunds for unused nights if a guest chooses to shorten their stay after check-in.

Important: Cancellation dates are calculated based on the scheduled check-in date and time. Any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and booking platform used to make the reservation.

We strongly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may affect their travel plans.

Check-In available at 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
*Please note that the check out time of 11 am is very important for our cleaning crew to thoroughly clean for the next arriving guests.
